WHAT IS MISSION CRITICAL REAL ESTATE?

Experience Matters

"Mission Critical" real estate assets are purpose-built facilities that have been designed to support the most essential operations of high growth industries. CV Mission Critical REIT anticipates employing a unique "mission-critical" investment strategy focused on Data Center and Healthcare properties. We believe demand for these property types is supported by powerful underlying drivers:

Successfully acquiring and operating Data Center and Healthcare facilities requires a deep, fundamental understanding of the unique characteristics of these property types along with the specific requirements of each tenant.

CV Mission Critical REIT will focus on credit tenant, net lease properties with one or more long-term (10-20 years) leases which require the tenant(s) to pay all expenses of the property (maintenance, repairs, utilities, insurance, property taxes, etc).

Net leases with contractual increases may provide investors with shelter against escalating expenses as well as a measure of inflation protection.

The Company has no operating history or established financing sources. As a result, an investment in the Company is speculative. In addition, the offeree will not be acquiring an interest in the Company's advisor.
Investments in the healthcare property sector contain certain risks, including the fact that adverse trends in healthcare provider operations may negatively affect lease revenues and the ability to make distributions to stockholders. Please consult the prospectus for additional risks.
